    Permanent residents of the United States can use this service to renew or replace their Permanent Resident Cards.
    Clients who are currently residing in the United States but are not yet permanent residents may use this service to complete their application for permanent residency (or Green Card) for submission to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office.
    Clients who are United States citizens or lawful permanent residents may use this service to petition an eligible relative (spouse, child, adult child, married child, and siblings) who wishes to come to or remain in the United States permanently and get a Permanent Resident Card (also called a Green Card).
    Clients who are United States citizens or are lawful permanent residents may use this service to prepare documentation to submit to the U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office declaring their intent to financially sponsor a specific intending immigrant. This affidavit is a legally enforceable contract typically lasting until the intending immigrant becomes a U.S. citizen or until they have worked in the U.S. for 40 quarters (typically 10 years).
    Clients who would like to renew their work permit may use this service to prepare documentation that proves their eligibility for employment for a certain amount of time. This document is required to be hired for and to maintain a job.
