Includes: filing of first petition, arranging of publication, and case management up to Order for Probate/Letters of Administration. This process is complex and may require several months or longer to complete. Fee: $1500  
Clients who need assistance navigating probate following the death of a loved one may use this service to prepare all documentation required for probate court to allow the transfer of property of any value. Includes: Notice of Proposed Action, Notices, Inventory & Appraisal, Petition for Final Distribution case management. This process is complex and may require several months or longer to complete. Fee: $1500  
Clients in need of initial and final appraisal of the financial value of an estate may sue this service to submit accounting forms to probate court to illustrate financial changes in the estate since the beginning of probate. Fee: $895  
Clients who wish to initiate the transfer of their deceased spouse or partner’s property to their own name may use this service to prepare documentation for submission to probate court. This may be done whether or not the decedent had a will. Fee: $745  
Clients who wish to transfer property valued less than $50,000 from a deceased person’s name to their own name may use this service to prepare documentation for submission to the probate clerk’s office. This affidavit may not be filed sooner than six months following the death of the original owner and does not require a hearing. Fee: $645  
Clients who wish to facilitate the probate process on real property valued between $55,425 and $166,250 may use this service to prepare documentation for submission to the probate court. Submission of professionally prepared documents can expedite the probate hearing process. Fee: $795  
Clients in need of an appraiser to inventory and value a deceased loved one’s estate may use this service to appraise and document this information for probate. Fee: $225  
Clients who seek to sell real property from an estate may use this service to prepare notices for submission to interested parties per the law prior to the sale. Includes: Up to 5 notices. Fee: $250  
Clients acting as representatives at the end of the probate process may use this service to prepare a petition for submission to probate court allowing them to be discharged from their duties. Fee: $395
