Reyna and her family moved from her home country of Mexico at the age of nine and has since made the Inland Empire her home.

She worked in a law firm for four years as a legal assistant handling diverse matters including Probate Administration, Estate Planning, and Real Estate.

Prior to working at a law firm, she obtained experience with immigration document preparation, where she was inspired by the client’s stories to seek a career in the legal field.

Reyna obtained an A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies from Mt. San Antonio College and a B.A. degree in Political Science from Cal State University San Bernardino. She is a California Notary.

In her personal time Reyna enjoys spending time with her daughter. She also enjoys cooking, caring for plants, playing with her pets, camping by the beach and spending time with her family and friends.

Reyna is fluent in Spanish and English.

Diane grew up in her hometown of Hacienda Heights, California. She is a seasoned administrative coordinator with more than ten years of experience. Throughout her career, she has developed a track record of cultivating relationships and working collaboratively. Diane has earned an A.S. Degree of Science and Paralegal Certificate from Mt. San Antonio College. She is also a member of CALDA since 2021. Her detail-oriented and communicative attitude help her to best serve her clients no matter their situation. During her free time, Diane previously volunteered with the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County self-help center where she walked residents through their legal document needs.

Diane is fluent in English and Spanish.

As a Southern California native, Ashley is proud to call the Inland Empire her home. She boasts several years’ experience in the legal services industry and is dedicated to assisting her clients with their Family Law, Probate, and Estate Planning documents! She earned her degree in Paralegal Studies from Riverside Community College and her Associate Degree in Liberal Arts Humanities & Fine Art from San Bernardino Valley College. Over the years, Ashley has developed many strengths including attention to detail, organization, research skills, and a strong understanding of case law.

Vanessa Valdez is a legal document assistant with at ProSe Legal. Hailing from Pomona, California, Ms. Valdez worked as a paralegal for a local law firm. Her duties consisted of preparing legal forms, draft pleadings, and scheduling conferences with attorneys. Ms. Valdez earned an Associate of Arts in Sociology, Associate of Arts in Social Behavioral Studies, and an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Riverside City College. Her skills as a paralegal working in a law office have prepared Ms. Valdez to serve her clients with the same excellent customer service and skillset she has developed during her career.

Vanessa is fluent in Spanish and English

Sepali is a Legal Document Assistant at Prose Legal, Carson, California. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature with a minor in English Language and creative writing. She also earned her Paralegal Certification from El Camino College Torrance, a program approved by the American Bar Association. She uses the skills and experiences she gathered as a Legal Assistant and a Banker to assist clients create comprehensive Estate Plans which offer peace of mind.

In addition to building strong client relationships, Sepali understands that every client situation is unique and different and strives to create their Estate Planning Legal Documents quickly and efficiently.

Often, during her spare time, Sepali does volunteer work, enjoys working out and reading.

Rhiannon Gantt is a legal document assistant with ProSe Legal Service in our Summerlin, Nevada office. Hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada, Mrs. Gantt worked as a paralegal for a local law firm. Her duties consisted of preparing and drafting motions, performing legal research, and organizing and maintaining client files. Prior to working as a paralegal, she also worked as a legal assistant for another local law firm. Her duties included proofing and editing legal documents, prepared accurate monthly billing statements for both state and federal court systems, and maintained office records.

Her experience as both a legal assistant and paralegal has helped strengthen her skills and she is ready to serve clients to the best of her ability.

Stephanie Nieva is a legal document assistant at our Calimesa office. Stephanie brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service, data entry, and company operations, making her a valuable addition to our team in maintaining organization and accuracy for our clients. Her previous roles as a paralegal, legal administrative assistant, and legal assistant have equipped her with a comprehensive legal skill set, including legal research, document preparation, and client communication. Stephanie's dedication to the legal field is underscored by her achievement of an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies and Pre-Law from Chaffey College in California. Her diverse background and education make her a valuable asset in providing top-notch legal document assistance to our clients.

May Herrera is an accomplished legal document assistant with a wealth of experience in office management and client relations. With a versatile skill set and adept problem-solving abilities, May has a proven track record of success in various roles within the legal field. Prior to joining ProSe Legal Service, she was a Paralegal where she provided comprehensive paralegal services across multiple practice areas, including family law, civil litigation, criminal law, estate planning, and collection matters. May collaborated closely with partners, managing an extensive caseload of over 300 files while excelling in drafting legal documents and trial preparation. May demonstrated her proficiency in drafting various legal documents, managing trial preparation, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. Her roles encompassed responsibilities such as drafting civil motions, wage garnishment, and overseeing the discovery process in family law matters.

With her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, May Herrera can collaborate with clients to complete and file their legal documents, no matter how complex. Born and raised in the Inland Empire, Patrick has extensive experience in Family Law. He earned his degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of California Riverside and his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from California State University San Bernardino. Through his extensive work experience with a variety of firms, he has seen firsthand the needs of people and is determined to cater to the community's needs.
